Questions to push you into the realm of Possibility!
Today's question: What's the thing you want to do or experience, but don't believe is possible?
This could be something big like writing a book, changing jobs, traveling somewhere, etc....or, it could be something really tiny that just doesn't seem possible for you right now, like getting up when the alarm goes off, choosing to eat healthier, exercising when you said you would, or starting to read that book that's been sitting on the nightstand for weeks, glaring at you.
What factual evidence do you have that it is NOT possible? Are all of those items actually facts or are they interpretations/ideas/feelings?
What factual evidence do you have that it IS possible? If you have none, does that matter? Is there something else you've done or experienced or made happen, where previously you may have thought there was no factual evidence that it was possible?
What about you? I'm SUPER curious what you want to do or experience but don't believe is possible? I get inspired by other people's goals so I'd love if you shared!
