It is so helpful. It takes something big or hard and turns it into something achievable.
And.
It can get it on our way. Have you ever thought you should wait to start something until you could do X times in a row? That diet? That workout routine? That social media posting?
Sometimes we can let the ideal of consistency get in our way. We forget that sure, consistency may be ideal but doing something once sporadically or less consistent is still better than NEVER doing it.
