ABOUT ME
I'm Rebecca and I'm on a mission to help as many fabulous humans as possible get more out of life. More is achieved via many ways, one includes discovering and unleashing your superpower. I believe we all deserve a fulfilled life and have something that lights a spark in us; when we do that thing, we feel fulfilled and make the world a better place.
I was feeling...indifferent and unfulfilled. I didn't know it at the time, but in me, these feelings sprang from a regular, under utilization of my superpower.
Over the years I had gradually lost track of it until my own coach helped me uncover my superpower. It was always on the edges of what I was doing, but never the single focus. In school, coaches would comment on my ability to connect the team and keep them on track. In my corporate life, peers and bosses alike would comment on my executive and leadership coaching abilities; my abilities to create a culture where people flourished and the best came out of them. My coaching sessions with my team were also the highlights of my days, the more time I spent helping people develop, helping them realize how to improve their situation or solve their problem, the better the day felt for me. Those were my fulfilled days. And I wanted more...
